MIC Testing
Recently Microbiological Induced Corrosion has been causing problems in sprinkler systems. MIC is causing leaks and holes in sprinkler system piping which is causing these systems to fail. MIC occurs when the ambient air reacts with the water in a manner that speeds up corrosion and distruction in the sprinkler system piping. This issue is most common in dry sprinkler systems.
